The holiday home has been out of operation for several years and is essentially a demolition site.<\/p>\n<p>The current owner intends to sell the entire plot. Although a building project has already been approved, it has not been implemented. This means that a new project needs to be developed or approved. A division of the property can be considered at a later date.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>There are various options for a change of use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction of primary residences (residence in Grindelwald required)<\/li>\n<li>Construction of serviced apartments\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Construction of zone-compliant buildings (wellness resorts, rehabilitation center, etc.)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Other buildings in accordance with Grindelwald building regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"property-separator\" \/>\n<h2>Access<\/h2>\n<p>Together with the municipality of Grindelwald, we are currently evaluating options to optimize the development of the area. A right of way exists for the plot.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"property-separator\" \/>\n<h2>Location<\/h2>\n<p>The Enziboden district, which is situated in an elevated position above the valley and surrounded by woods and meadows, presents an exceptional mountain backdrop. Beautifully situated in the countryside, very quiet and sunny residential area.
