As there was already a very good and long cooperation between the two companies, zumkehr hotelforsale ag will be newly incorporated into the company structure of GRIWA TREUHAND AG as a subsidiary.
\nIn the past years, the resulting synergies have already been used successfully several times. GRIWA TREUHAND AG has already been able to acquire extensive experience through successful succession arrangements in the hotel industry and is therefore very familiar with the specialist areas of hotelforsale ag, the purchase and sale of hotels and restaurants in Switzerland as well as the management and marketing of such properties. In the future, the two companies will combine their services under one roof: buying and selling real estate, renting and managing properties. The company, which will be called hotelforsale ag in the future, will offer its services in the office of GRIWA TREUHAND AG in the Jungfrau Center in Interlaken as of 1 June. All employees will continue to work for hotelforsale ag and nothing will change for the clients. J\u00fcrg Zumkehr will also continue to contribute his experience to the daily business. Both companies have many years of experience and are successfully holding their own in a dynamic tourism environment. The commitment to provide high-quality services is strengthened with this merger and can develop further in the new company structure.<\/p>\n
