We are delighted to look back on a very special weekend: From 11 to 13 September 2026, the first Swiss National Youth Yodelling Festival took place in Grindelwald. More than 1,000 young participants from all over Switzerland came together and showed, with great enthusiasm and joy, just how vibrant Swiss traditions are.
As the main sponsor, GRIWA DEVELOPMENT AG was proud to support this special event, a commitment that is very close to our hearts. We believe that traditions continue to thrive when younger generations are given the opportunity to actively experience, shape and carry them forward.
The Youth Yodelling Festival impressively demonstrated the passion with which young people embrace yodelling, alphorn playing, flag throwing and our cultural heritage.
SRF’s “Potzmusig” was also there in Grindelwald, capturing some of the most memorable moments and bringing the special atmosphere of the festival back to life.
